Responsibilities
- Negotiating and interfacing with businesses to increase sales.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses,
- Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Creating and developing new innovative ways of market repositioning
- Facilitate and grow customer acquisition, revenue and market share
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to increase sales.
Requirements and Experience
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Economics or any related discipline or its equivalent in experience.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in marketing, sales or in a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Required Skills:
- Great communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of sales and marketing and negotiating techniques
