Job Description

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project supervisor and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.


• Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the quality, safety, and environmental management systems of the Company.


• During offshore dive campaigns, Pilot the ROV, working closely with the project supervisor/manager.


• Assist in the launch, recovery, and operation of the ROV systems.


• Ensure the ROV and all systems and subsystems are in complete working order and in compliance with all technical requirements throughout the project.


• Carry out the dives in accordance with recognized operating procedures in order to perform designated work safely and efficiently.


• Perform all predive and post-dive checks.


• Communicate with the project manager or Supervisor on the status of the vehicle buoyancy, special fits, or any limitations to the system.


• Communicate with the Project manager or Supervisor immediately at completion of the dives any faults or deficiencies encountered during the period of the dive.


• Complete the dive log for all dives.


• Maintain and repair the ROV system and subsystems under the supervision of the project Manager or Supervisor.
