Employ a consultative phone sales approach to determine the individual needs of families and students.
Follow up with families who express interest in Corona Schools using email, outbound phone calls, and other methods of communication.
Achieve data-driven goals in the metrics of outbound calls, total talk time, inbound calls, and conversion rates.
Work within approved sales scripts to navigate customer decision-making processes to close enrolment prospects.
Propose and recommend compelling solutions to escalate sale objections for decision making.
Improve CSTC’s team's success by proactively contributing new ideas, market feedback, and successful sales strategies.
Driving new business to cultivate growth from lead generation within the Corona Schools to meet or exceed seasonal, quarterly, and annual sales goals and targets.
Use Sales Cloud, HubSpot, and other sales tools to understand sales history, build detailed proposals, and accurately forecast and manage the territory.
Responsible for new customer prospecting and acquisition, enrolment drive, and utilizing corporate tools and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within CSTC.
Customer experience and managed care optimization with the school’s growth.
Using a CRM system to develop and maintain territory pipeline from prospect to close.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree a plus.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience as a sales rep and communicator who is highly organized with a data-driven background. They can quickly learn and leverage new technologies to maximize the impact of marketing solutions to improve enrolment and customer experience.
