Description

• Application is open for suitably qualified foremen with good knowledge and experience in building construction. Candidates will be required to coordinate and engage skilled artisans at all stages of building construction under the close supervision of a Senior Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out all building construction works to ensure works are carried out in accordance with design specifications


• Seek approval for all stage progress from the supervising engineer


• Prepare labour schedules at all construction stages


• Organize all skilled artisans for good quality and time management


• Prepare weekly report activities.

Key Technical Requirements

• OND, HND, B.Eng in Civil Engineering or Building Technology


• Atleast 6 years in the built industry serving under the same role.


• Proven experience in the interpretation of building designs (Architectural, Structural & Services)


• Good knowledge of construction materials


• Good site organization skills


• Good personnel management skills.
