Responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve ambitious sales goals.
You will develop and implement sales strategies, coach and mentor your team and build strong relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
Identifying new opportunities to increase corporate business portfolio and B2Bs through existing products or services and b researching new markets.
Developing and implementing corporate marketing plans that include advertising campaigns, public relations efforts, and events to promote products or services.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers by providing information about Echolab’s products or services that may interest them.
Reviewing sales reports together with the Head of Sales (North) to determine if any changes need to be made to the sales process.
Managing the sales team’s performance on Corporate and B2B business, including coaching them on effective sales techniques and providing feedback to improve performance.
Communicating with company executives about sales goals and progress toward those goals
Estimating potential sales volume based on the cost of the product or service and the target market’s ability to pay for it.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that each step of the sales process runs smoothly.
Pricing negotiation for services based on customer needs and available resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / HND in Medical Laboratory or Biological Sciences.
An MBA or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
5 - 7 years post-graduate experience in business development, sales, or a similar role with a reputable organization in the Medical Diagnostic or Occupational Healthcare/Wellness space; with hands-on experience in corporate sales techniques.
In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
Must have sound computer skills, especially in using MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
