Job Summary

• The Workshop Engineer/ Senior Service Supervisor is responsible for providing excellent and quality customer service to Mandilas customers of all times in conformity with contract terms and ISO 9001:2015 and to ensure accident-free environment in line with Mandilas quality policy

Scope and Responsibilities

• Corries out preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment


• Carries out corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment


• Liaises with the customer's facility representatives on effective equipment performance


• Participates in installation and commissioning of new refrigeration units.


• Participates in Health Safety Security & Environment training and talks at Mandilas Air Conditioning Division and group level


• Carry out other duties as assigned by GM. Operations

Requirements

Education:

• HND or First degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline


• Master's in a related field is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Environmental and Safety Awareness


• Refrigeration and cold storage supply


• Full technical knowledge of repairs of all kinds of refrigeration equipment.


• Knowledge of refrigeration Regulations.
