Responsibilities:

• Construct new greenhouse structures according to blueprints and specifications.


• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing greenhouse structures, including repairs to frames, glazing, doors, and ventilation systems.


• Assemble and install greenhouse equipment, such as irrigation systems, benches, and shade cloth.


• Work with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastic, and glass.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.


• Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a carpenter or in a similar role.


• Experience working with greenhouse construction and maintenance preferred.


• Strong understanding of carpentry principles and techniques.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


• Good physical fitness required, as the job involves lifting and carrying heavy materials.


• Ability to work at heights comfortably.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
