Responsibilities



  • Generating Quotes: Prepare and provide quotes for clients while managing vendor relationships effectively.

  • Sales Reporting: Compile monthly sales reports to analyze profit, loss, and sales opportunities.

  • Bids and Tenders: Proactively search for bid opportunities and manage bid requirements from initiation to completion.

  • License Renewals: Follow up with clients for license renewals in a timely manner.

  • Sales and Customer Records: Maintain and update sales and customer records, directing customer feedback to relevant departments, and assisting the sales department with various tasks.

  • Vendor Registrations: Complete all vendor registration requirements efficiently.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, finance, and legal, HR e.t.c to coordinate commercial activities and achieve organizational objectives.

  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, English or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Officer or in a similar role for at least 1 year.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Familiarity with contract law and commercial regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
