Generating Quotes: Prepare and provide quotes for clients while managing vendor relationships effectively.
Sales Reporting: Compile monthly sales reports to analyze profit, loss, and sales opportunities.
Bids and Tenders: Proactively search for bid opportunities and manage bid requirements from initiation to completion.
License Renewals: Follow up with clients for license renewals in a timely manner.
Sales and Customer Records: Maintain and update sales and customer records, directing customer feedback to relevant departments, and assisting the sales department with various tasks.
Vendor Registrations: Complete all vendor registration requirements efficiently.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, finance, and legal, HR e.t.c to coordinate commercial activities and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, English or a related field.
Proven experience as a Commercial Officer or in a similar role for at least 1 year.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
Familiarity with contract law and commercial regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
