Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer data (SAP, ERP, and CRM).


• Prepare sales quotation, sales orders, and ERP report.


• Monitor daily sales activities, leads and opportunities.


• Assist with preparation of bids and proposals.


• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.


• Collate and prepare sales reports.


• Manage customer’s vendor portal.


• Preparation of project costing.


• Other additional tasks as given.

Requirements

• OND from an accredited institution available for one (1) year internship or NYSC (2023/2024 Batch C stream 2 OR 2024/2025 Batch A)


• Candidate to be proficient in Microsoft excel and willing to learn.


• Microsoft office suite proficiency.


• Knowledge of ERP, CRM is an added advantage.
