Responsibilities
- Regular reviews of project status ensure all options have been considered and evaluated to improve construction performance
- Ability to solve site problems through good engineering practice
- Control of site environmental issues
- Ensuring all project KPIs and KPMs are achieved
- Uploading documents to company systems as and when necessary in line with business requirements
- Developing accurate project programs for weekly updates
- Ensuring compliance to procedures, specifications and International and National Engineering Standards
- Identify and provide solutions to issues as they arise.
- Weekly submission of information including weekly timesheets, material sheets and plant & site checklists
- Collection of data for divisional coordinators including drawings of layout, sections and construction details
- Participate in any peer reviews of M+E drawings, calculations and specifications.
- Ability to coordinate and support power generation installation work.
- Carry out site inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests for plant and equipment as required.
- Ensure all punch lists are initiated and closed out prior to issue of M+E completion certificates.
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Professional certification required – e.g. COREN, NSE
- Safety and ISO knowledge and certification
Experience:
