This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives and ensuring that the marketing strategy aligns with the overall business goals.
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for leading creative and tactical marketing efforts, developing and implementing demand generation campaigns, managing digital marketing channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role is based in Lagos, but some work from home is acceptable to accommodate flexibility in the schedule.
Qualifications
Digital Marketing and Advertising skills
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Experience in managing digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO)
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Familiarity with A/B testing and market research
Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
