Job Details

1. Developing and maintaining project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).


2. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish project objectives, timelines, and milestones.


3. Analyzing project requirements, constraints, and risks to develop realistic and achievable project schedules.


4. Creating detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity plans to effectively allocate resources and manage project tasks.


5. Monitoring and tracking project progress against the established schedule and identifying deviations or delays.


6. Performing critical path analysis and recommending corrective actions to mitigate schedule risks and optimize project performance.


7. Generating progress reports, Gantt charts, and other visual representations to communicate project status and performance metrics to stakeholders.


8. Conducting regular meetings and reviews to assess project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.


9. Updating project schedules and resource allocations as needed to reflect changes in project scope, requirements, or priorities.


10. Providing support and guidance to project team members on scheduling best practices, methodologies, and tools.


11. Ensuring compliance with project management standards, procedures, and quality requirements.


12. Participating in project planning, risk management, and decision-making processes to contribute to project success.
