Overview
- We’re searching for an Experience Support Specialist to deliver a variety of administrative and program management services to support the Learning Experience activities for elev8. This includes logistics, customer service, administrative responsibilities, coordination of tasks between vendors and suppliers.
- The role is based in Nigeria and will be within the Learning Delivery unit under the Global Head of Learning Delivery.

Responsibilities
This role will:
- Assist on logistics for all courses and learning programs.
- Handle nomination (send the invitation for learners), registration, invitation letters, outlook invitations, kick-off session, purchase of material & labs & vouchers, upload the information to the platform, coordinate with the trainers the elaboration of pre-post assessments, quizzes, and exam simulations, and the upload to the platform.
- Coordinate the purchase of training material.
- Conduct the management and coordination of the testing center.
- Partner with local teams to ensure the success of every training program.
- Collaborate with the overall administration tasks within the building and with finance on the payment of purchase orders.
- Support the processes in place to assist trainers and learners during the courses as well as post-course activities to evaluate course effectiveness.
Qualifications
In this role:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.
- Strong understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, CRMs).
- Must have demonstrated relevant administrative experience along with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be detail-focused, organized, and able to work independently and as a team player as needed.
- Experience in training, education, or program management is considered an advantage.
