Job Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a sales manager with tasks that includes overseeing and managing the sales team, monitoring sales target achievement, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Other key responsibilities will include providing guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team. and ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication. This role is located in Lekki.

Qualifications:



  • A minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs, and develop strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Proven experience in sales management, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales and marketing tools, and metrics for measuring sales performance

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience.
