Responsibilities



  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable electronics products.

  • Demonstrating the features and functionalities of various electronics items to customers.

  • Providing accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.

  • Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions by addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

  • Maintaining a neat and organized display of products to attract customer attention and enhance the overall shopping experience.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

  • Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the electronics industry to offer valuable insights to customers.

  • Handling transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.

  • Participating in promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

  • Upholding the company's standards of customer service excellence and professionalism at all times.


Requirements



  • ND / HND / BSc from a reputable institution

  • Minimum of 6 months as a sales promoter

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the electronics retail sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of electronics gadgets and devices.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Residence in or near Lekki, Lagos, or willingness to commute.

  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
