Job Summary



  • This position provides support in functional areas of the Internal Audit and Compliance & Ethics group such as training programs, the Business Compliance and Ethics Questionnaire, reports and certifications, records management, compliance programs, and audit functions

  • He/She creates work used to prevent violations, follows up on violations, and/or ensures corrective action is taken for violations related to Compliance and Ethics programs.


Responsibilities



  • Runs and builds queries.

  • Follows up with internal partners to assist with customer compliance.

  • Investigates non-compliant activities and records findings.

  • Provides support and oversight of corporate compliance matters to Area Sales Managers, Compliance Managers, and the Legal department.

  • Assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of customer compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Researches, investigates, and resolves low to moderate customer compliance issues and recommends actions to support compliance with transportation-related regulations.

  • Plans and leads meetings with employees and management to evaluate appropriate response to and assist with remediation of existing customer compliance matters.

  • Drafts and develops information and training materials to facilitate internal processes.

  • Maintains and enhances tools to monitor projects, compliance issues, and inquiries.

  • Creates, develops, and maintains reports and dashboards to support the customer compliance management.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and SQL - Preferred.
