Job Description:
- We are seeking a Sales executive to join our team at Pella Group (Sabo, Ikorodu).
- For this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, ensuring productivity, identifying potential clients,
- generating leads, engaging with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet your personal monthly target and work closely with each sale executive to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and
- objectives. Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement
- strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Outdoor Marketing: Develop and execute outdoor marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads. This includes identifying target markets, organizing promotional events, coordinating advertising campaigns, and utilizing various marketing channels effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service, effective communication, and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate team and individual sales performance. Present findings and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the sales budget. Monitor expenditures, analyze cost-effectiveness, and propose adjustments to ensure the optimal allocation of resources.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team members. Provide constructive feedback, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Outdoor marketing or similar roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Applicant must reside around Ikorodu environs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate contract and close sales.
