Job Description
This position is strictly for Applicants living in Igbo Efon, Osapa(Jakande), Agungi, Ologolo Axis.
- To manage front desk/reception operation ,acting as the first point of contact for quest, employees, candidates and customers/clients
- Perform general administrative task including answering and directing phone calls, emails and correspondence.
- Keep the office clean, stocked and organized including the rest room
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
- Oversee and purchase office supplies and run errands
- Provide ad-hoc support to the office staff as needed including organizing team events onsite and offsite.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk
- Helping to organize and maintain office common areas
- Providing visitors with necessary information
- And other duties that may be assigned to you that are outside of your job description.
