Description

• We are recruiting a Sales Representative on behalf of our esteemed client, Africa's fastest-growing Asset Finance company. We are seeking dynamic individuals to join their growing team, contributing to the company's mission of empowering entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by effectively communicating the company’s benefits.


• Convert cash customers to credit, increasing revenue and store coverage.


• Build strong customer relationships.


• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback for strategic planning.


• Manage reporting, display visibility, and pricing strategies in stores.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree


• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.


• Behavioral skills: Integrity, empathy, negotiation, problem-solving, motivation, result-driven.


• Experience as a Field Sales Agents in companies such as Phone stores, MKopa , Palm Pay is an added advantage

Remuneration

• Basic Pay: N50,000 / Month


• Performance Pay: N50,000 (This is tied to meeting of specified KPIs)
