Position Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Check the premises regularly to ensure security


• Record and report emergencies


• Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers


• Manager contractors for equipment installation and repairs


• Evaluate existing systems


• Identify technical problems


• Monitor planned preventive maintenance


• Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations


• Carry out inspections of the facility


• Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed


• Document lost and found items


• Perform random checks


• Participate in emergency planning


• Help with inventory and procurement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3+ years relevant work experience.


• Proven experience as a Facility Supervisor or similar role


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Knowledge of facility management best practices


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively


• Familiarity with health and safety regulations


• Relevant certifications or training in facility management is a plus.
