Position Summary



  • Are you a Clinical Psychologist ready to soar into the world of telemedicine and redefine mental health care? Look no further – we are on the lookout for a superhero to join our team!

  • As our Telemedicine Superhero, you'll be responsible for evaluating patients, gathering patient history, administering tests, diagnosing issues, and developing a treatment plan to reduce or eliminate those issues.


Duties and Responsibilities

What you will do:



  • Leverage your evidence-based (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, BA) case conceptualization and intervention skills to tailor treatment plans to each client’s needs and goals

  • Draw on automatically administered symptom, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to adjust treatment plan

  • Serve an integral role in the evolution of our session content/product discussions, provider platform, and care model by collaborating with Clinical team, Business Development team and the management

  • Maintain timely clinical documentation through EMR


Accountabilities

Patient Relations and Management:



  • Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders

  • Maintain utmost confidentiality of our clients in line with stipulated laws in clinical psychology


Advisory:



  • Serves as an integral part of the business development function in psychology services


Occupational therapy:



  • Work with management through HR to ascertain mental wellbeing of new hires with evidence-based assessments

  • Manage therapy sessions within the organization


Educational Requirements



  • Master's Degree in Psychology or Counseling from an accredited program

  • At least 2 years of experience providing CBT-focused, evidence-based approaches

  • Trainings on mental health courses is desirable


Preferred Requirements:



  • Continued commitment to learning evidence-based best practices for mental, emotional and behavioural disorders

  • Strictly adhere to NACP and security regulations to protect clients’ health information

  • Commitment to measurement-based care

  • Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into psychotherapy

  • High degree of responsivity and willingness to collaborate with Health Connect 24x7 team of clinical and tech team

  • Excellent written therapeutic feedback skills
