Key Responsibilities

- Assess the clarity, organization, and effectiveness of resumes/CVs in presenting candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Provide personalized feedback and recommendations to individuals on ways to improve their resumes/CVs, focusing on content, formatting, and presentation.
- Offer guidance on tailoring resumes/CVs to specific job opportunities, including highlighting relevant skills and experience.
- Assist individuals in identifying and articulating their unique value proposition and professional brand through their resumes/CVs.
- Collaborate with individuals to understand their career objectives, target industries, and preferred job roles to tailor resume/CV advice accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment practices, and resume/CV writing best practices to provide relevant and timely guidance.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling individuals' personal and professional information.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Career Counseling, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, career coaching, resume/CV writing, or a similar role involving advising individuals on job search strategies.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, resume/CV best practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement in resumes/CVs.
