Job Details



  • Provide an efficient/effective secretarial support and logistics to the MD/CEO.

  • Maintain a comprehensive/accurate filing system in respect of MD/CEO’s correspondences.

  • Run errands for the MD/CEO

  • Attend operational/staff meetings and taking accurate minutes of meetings

  • Assist the HR Officer in executing/implementing HR transactionals, e.g daily staff attendance update, onboarding of new staff, etc

  • Preparation of memos, letters, reports and correspondences

  • Assist the Admin Officer in supervising the cleaners to ensure cleanliness of all facilities, equipment, instruments i.e. the admin block, toilets, machinery etc.

  • Assist the Admin Officer in procuring office provision and consumables.

  • Assist in providing administrative support for HR/Admin department and generate periodic administrative reports as required.

Education/Experience



  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc in a related field

  • Minimun of 2 year previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant capacity
