  • This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Goldline Nigeria Limited located in Lagos. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing overall operations and leading the team to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.

  • 10+ years work experience in the building and construction industry, with a focus on building materials, furniture, and fixtures.

  • Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams to achieve exceptional results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in strategic planning and business development, including market analysis and business forecasting.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Close proximity to the office is an added advantage. (Oshodi/Isolo LGA).
