We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an expert in customer relationship management (CRM), who is expected to develop relationships with existing and prospective clients in the health care field.
A candidate who employs their detailed product knowledge and sales skills to demonstrate the need for our products, as well as the benefits we offer over potential competitors.
Responsibilities
Scheduling meetings and effective detailingwith potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals to promote and create strong visibility of products in the region.
Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Identifying prospective business opportunities for the company.
Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops and conferences.
Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs.
Researching market trends,competitors’ activities and customer feedback.
Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Medical, Healthcare or Science related field are strongly preferred.
Must have at least 2 years experience
Valid driver's license.
Proven medical sales experience.
Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
