Key responsibilities include:



  • Greeting guests promptly and courteously upon their arrival, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus.

  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring prompt and efficient service.

  • Anticipating guests' needs and preferences, responding to special requests or dietary restrictions with professionalism and attentiveness.

  • Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.

  • Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with grace and diplomacy, striving to exceed expectations and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash transactions and processing credit card payments.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting up and clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and replenishing utensils and condiments as needed.

  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and restaurant policies at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining environment for guests and staff alike.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every guest.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
