KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  



  • Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.

  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to guests as needed.

  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including hailing taxis, arranging shuttle services, and providing directions.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby, entrance area, and other public spaces of the hotel.

  • Handle guests’ requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently, striving to exceed their expectations.

  • Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Previous experience as a porter or in a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Physical stamina for lifting and moving packages when required.

  • Familiarity with safety protocols for handling and storing various types of products.
