Job Summary
- You are to lead the marketing activities across multiple business units. You are responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- As a Group Marketing Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the marketing teams for each business unit, driving brand and group awareness, and implementing cohesive marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments at each business unit to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to maintain a strong and consistent brand image.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, for all business units.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and growth, along with the sales team within the group.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative digital strategies to reach target audiences.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for the group, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals across various business units.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5 - 10 years’ experience, at least 5 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on strategic planning and team leadership.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Pan Nigeria / Africa.
