Job Description
- The jobholder will be in charge of the first contact with our patients and making sure that they enjoy an excellent patients experience during their visits to the hospital. He or she will be expected to possess sound knowledge of the hospital's services.
- As a result, he or she will be expected to respond appropriately to all the questions patients at the Front Office may have.
- Make inbounds and outbounds calls
- Handling patients' complaints, enquiries, etc.
Other Key Accountabilities:
- Welcoming all patients with a warm smile
- Follow up of patients experience
- Providing an impeccable service to patients in order to retain them
- Answering questions, suggestions, remarks from patients
- Receiving and dealing with patients claims
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
- Must be Degree-qualified in any discipline
- Must have completed NYSC
- One(1) year of relevant experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal-relationship skills
- Decision making skills
- Must be able to use the MS Office applications - MS Word & MS Excel.
