Job Description

To lead the credit services delivery for Wealth International (WIN) retail segments across jurisdictions, develop and implementstrategic plans and set targets for the team to achieve business objectives, meet customer expectations, and grow market share. To manage a complex portfolio of assets across multiple jurisdictions and currencies to commerciality and mitigate associatedrisks for WIN lending. To be a voting member of the Offshore Credit Committee and opine on new and existing facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of First Degree in Business Commerce and other related field


• Post graduate degree in Banking , Finance and Accounting and other related field


• 3-4 years of experience in detailed understanding and knowledge of the KYC/AML framework across the markets we operate in


• 5-7 years of experience in holistic banking and lending management experience


• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar capacity.
