Job Summary


We are seeking sales representatives to attract new clients through FMCG Modern Trade channels by aquiring new accounts and maximizing profitability within assigned sales territories. Candidates will work with prospects through the entire sales cycle including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested clients into long-term customers.


Job Description




  • Meet sales and marketing targets set by the team lead and Company Management




  • Close new deals at a high rate




  • Build relationships with existing customers




  • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory




  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis




  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously 



  • Display and stock availability checking

  • Managing sales and order information


  • Maintain records of all sales leads or customer accounts




  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions




  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and  market conditions




Requirements and skills




  • Must reside close to Yaba,Shomolu, Bariga, Surulere,Palmgrove area in Lagos.




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills




  • Familiar with sales optimization techniques




  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management skills




  • Integrity and professionalism



  • Ability to work with little or no supervision

  • Good relationship management and interpersonal skills

  • FMCG Modern Trade sales experience preferred


  • Proficiency in MS Office suite , Google sheets
