Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.


• Oversee and maintain high-quality production standards in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.


• Implement and improve quality control processes to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve productivity and efficiency goals.


• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.


• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.


• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.


• A tailoring skill would be a plus.


• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing or production environment.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control.


• Microsoft excel skill is a plus
