Job Description

• Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Female Retail Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have an excellent understanding of e-commerce, and be able to motivate and manage a team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the online retail store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the digital retail team, including order fulfillment, customer service, inventory management, and shipping and receiving.


• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency.


• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.


• Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.


• Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints and issues in atimely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory retail role or sales with at least 1 year in digital marketing.


• Experienced with online sales on platforms like Instagram, Facebook other related social media outlets.


• Excellent digital marketing skills.


• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, excel and PowerPoint.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Preferred candidate should be a Female for gender balance.
