Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer based in Lagos. The Collections Officer will be responsible for reaching out to customers who have overdue loan payments, resolving payment issues, and updating customer information.


• They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and payments and working closely with the finance team to ensure timely resolution of payment issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


• Minimum of 2 years of Debt collection and analytical skills


• Customer service and communication skills


• Finance knowledge and experience with payment processing systems


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records


• Experience in debt collection and customer service is a must
