Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and energetic hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.


• Proven experience as a General Manager or 10 years experience in a senior managerial role in a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel.


• Strong operational background in Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage and Rooms.


• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.


• Strong leadership, management and communication skills.


• Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.


• Knowledge of hotel software and booking system.


• Ability to influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholder across varying levels.
