Responsibilities

• Support the running of projects with the practice and act as independent project architect.


• Solve architectural problems while showing creativity in design.


• Visit and supervise assigned project to ensure adherence to design intent.


• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standard, building codes, guidelines and regulations.


• Develop ideas and take the briefto identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BSc. Degree in Architecture, Master's Degree is an added advantage.


• Minimum of five (5) years' experience


• Use of AutoCAD, Revit Sketchup, and 3D software.


• Strong Design skill.


• Excellent demonstrable understanding of various infrastructural designs.
