Responsibilities

• We are looking to expand our operations by bringing onboard a qualified personnel for the role of Project Architect.


• Develop design ideas in relation to a client brief by developing original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and layout.


• Develop and review building plans as well as site planning and managing compliance.


• Manage and oversee budget per project, staff and external workers such as engineers, Quantity Surveyors etc.


• Drafting of interior and exterior high-end architectural construction documents and detailing for selection and finishes.


• Responsible for managing On-site problems and making a viable recommendation.


• Analyze space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs: recommend actions to meet new requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BSc / HND in Architecture.


• Minimum of one year of experience


• Experience in an Interior Design company is an added advantage.


• Candidates should also reside around Anthony or its environs.
