Job Summary

• As our Loans Business Originator, you will source, underwrite, and disburse 100 loans per month by leveraging partnerships with vehicle-related businesses.


• Meet targets by identifying creditworthy borrowers and expediting funding.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral relationships with vehicle inspection centers, mechanics and car washes to route qualified borrowers.


• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment on prospective borrowers within set limits.


• Swiftly process approved vehicle and asset-backed loans adhering to high compliance standards.


• Maintain strong client relationships through world-class customer service.


• Prepare reports tracking monthly loan volume, portfolio quality, and partner commissions data.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any related field


• Proven 1-3+ years of intensive loan underwriting experience meeting high monthly volumes.


• Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly leads, sourcing, and funding targets.


• Keen credit risk assessment abilities and attention to loan policy details.


• Self-motivation balanced with commitment to client care.


• Strong networking, communication, and reporting abilities.
