Job summary:

• Our client is seeking the service of a result-driven insurance loss adjuster to     


• and resolve insurance claims for property damage, bodily injury, and other losses. Upon


• successful onboarding, he or she will work independently and as part of a team to gather information, assess damages, and negotiate settlements with claimants.


• The ideal candidate must be able to think critically, communicate effectively, and work


• independently under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigate insurance claims for property damage, bodily injury, and other losses.


• Gather information from claimants, witnesses, and other sources to determine the cause and extent of the loss.


• Inspect the damaged property and assess the value of the loss.


• Prepared detailed reports documenting the investigation findings and recommending a settlement amount.


• Negotiate settlements with claimants, ensuring that the settlements are fair and in accordance with the insurance policy terms.


• Provide expert testimony in court, if necessary.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field.


• 2–5 years of experience as an insurance loss adjuster.


• Strong investigative and analytical skills; excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently under pressure.


• Must be able to travel frequently.
