  • The Fashion Retail Merchandiser and Designer Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the merchandising and onboarding of designers at Idozi Collective.

  • This role involves coordinating with designers, managing merchandise, and organizing events and pop-ups at various locations.


Responsibilities:



  • Merchandising: Manage the retail merchandising of fashion products, ensuring optimal product placement and visual appeal.

  • Designer Onboarding: Coordinate with new designers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Event Management: Plan and execute events and pop-ups in various locations, coordinating logistics and ensuring successful outcomes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to drive business goals.


Required Skills:



  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Creativity: A keen eye for fashion and a creative mindset.


Educational Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Retail Merchandising, Fashion Management, or Creative studies.

  • Experience in Fashion retail merchandising and event management is preferred.

  • Location: Candidates living within the Lagos Island metropolis ( Obalende, Ikoyi, Lekki, Oniru, and Victoria Island)
