Job Details

• Qualification: BSc. Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).


• Experience: 3 - 6 years Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role


• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.


• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services.


• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred
