JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES


We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant/Cleaner to maintain a clean and organized working environment for our company. 


Cleaning and Maintenance:



  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, meeting rooms, and offices.

  • Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.


Office Assistance:



  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office spaces and storage areas.

  • Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.

  • Assist in receiving and distributing packages, mail, and deliveries.

  • Assist with Events and Meetings:

  • Set up and clean meeting rooms before and after events or meetings 


Health and Safety:



  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.


QUALIFICATION/REQUIRMENTS  



  • Previous experience in cleaning or office assistance preferred but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

  • Willingness to use cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety guidelines.
