Job Description

• Assist in improving the effectiveness of inventory managenet, control and governance processes.


• Evaluate risk,conduct audit test with the aim of identifying areas of improvement.


• Weekly stock count and reporting of findings


• Report on company asset usage


• Monitor compliance to policies and procedures and report deviation


• Ensure all supplies and job done are verified and stamped


• Verification of OTC spareparts sales to customers as well as consignment to outstation

• Proven experience in similar role


• Understanding of the navision ERP


• Logical reasoning


• Attention to details
