Our client is seeking for a Head of Sales who will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing and executing sales strategies, and overseeing all sales activities and performance.
Responsibilities
Represent the company and its values with excellence and innovation to customers, partners, and stakeholders through engaging and compelling communication, following the company’s code of conduct and policies.
Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing feedback and support, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
Set and achieve sales targets and objectives for the team to enhance revenue growth and profitability.
Provide the strategic leadership, team spirit and the drive to ensure achievement of company objectives.
Manage sales team by recruiting, training and coaching sales representative to improve efficiency and productivity.
Developing and implementing sales plans and campaigns using digital marketing platforms such as social media, emails, webinars, etc.
Monitor and analyze sales data and trends, and provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team, and the management for improving performance and efficiency.
Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team when necessary.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 6 - 8 years work experience.
