Description



  • Our client is seeking for a Head of Sales who will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing and executing sales strategies, and overseeing all sales activities and performance.


Responsibilities



  • Represent the company and its values with excellence and innovation to customers, partners, and stakeholders through engaging and compelling communication, following the company’s code of conduct and policies.

  • Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing feedback and support, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.

  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team

  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives for the team to enhance revenue growth and profitability.

  • Provide the strategic leadership, team spirit and the drive to ensure achievement of company objectives.

  • Manage sales team by recruiting, training and coaching sales representative to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Developing and implementing sales plans and campaigns using digital marketing platforms such as social media, emails, webinars, etc.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data and trends, and provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team, and the management for improving performance and efficiency.

  • Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team when necessary.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 6 - 8 years work experience.
