  • We are looking for a School Administrator to manage all administrative tasks in our school.

  • As a School Administrator, you’ll need to wear many different hats; the planner, the problem-solver, the educator and the counselor being a few of them.


You should have the skills to communicate with various people, handle budgets and logistics, and keep all educational programs running. more detailed as follows:



  • Oversee the daily operations and management of a Group of schools as an Assistant to the Lead Consultant / Administrator.

  • Develop and implement educational policies and programs.

  • Supervise and evaluate the schools including teachers and support staff.

  • Monitor the school budget, cash flow and financial resources effectively.

  • Coordinate with parents, students and community stakeholders to foster positive relationship.

  • Ensure compliance with educational laws, regulations and standards.

  • Handle disciplinary issues and maintain a safe and productive learning environment.

  • Organize and lead meetings, professional development sessions, and other school events as approved by the Lead Consultant/Administrator.

  • Collaborate with state officials and educational partners to support school initiatives.

  • Evaluate student performance data and suggest strategies to improve the academic outcomes.

  • Cooperate with other consultants appointed by the Lead Consultant/Administrator and work as a team.

  • Represent the Lead Consultant/Administrator as may be necessary at meetings, events e.t.c.


Requirements



  • Degree in Education or similar field; Postgraduate Degree is a must

  • Proven experience as a School Administrator

  • Experience as an educator is a plus

  • Knowledge of administrative processes of schools

  • Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office) and education management systems

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational ability

  • Attention to detail

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Good judgment and decision-making aptitude

  • Must reside within Ejigbo and environs for proximity.
