Job Description

• VAT monitoring.


• Monitoring of: Returns, chatter vehicles and blowing of vehicles


• Dredging account reports.


• Inputting of manual manifest into system.


• In charge of all forms of taxes and laising with auditors.


• Verifying and submission of payment vouchers and invoices to the MD for payment.


• Posting of some transactions into sage.


• General monitoring of general ledger accounts on sage.


• Confirming customers payment through paystack platforms.


• Preparing invoices for logistics customers and follow up payment.


• Collation of revenue from OPS and Cargo (Logistics) and Posting to Sage.


• Confirming POS receipts to the amount claimed to be POS in the manifest


• Posting of payment vouchers and purchasing invoices to Sage.


• Daily recording of servicing vehicles.


• Receiving of inventory.


• Collation of revenue from OPS and cargo (Logistics) and posting of sage.


• Collation of daily expenses from expenses book and posting to sage.


• Preparing final accounts, reconciliation of transactions.


• And any other work from management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree.


• Qualified applicants should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).


• Minimum of 6 years work experience.
