We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer.
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.
This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Manage inquiries from clients and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate department
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the front desk area
Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
B.Sc Degree in any Social Science discipline is required, with additional qualifications in office administration or related fields considered advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
