Job Details

• Generating invoices using ERP Software.


• Organizing all invoices and necessary documents to the trucks going for supply.


• Checking all invoices on a daily basis to avoid discrepancies.


• Following up on acknowledged and pending invoices.


• Filing all documents in an organized way.

Requirements

• University degree preferably in accounting major.


• At least 1 year experience in invoicing process using ERP software.


• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative


• Track record of over-achieving quota


• Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel – Teams – Word.


• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening


• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
