Responsibilities

• Prepare a range of tasty, healthy meals for the entire crew.


• Be responsible for food procurement and food supply management.


• Organize and oversee all galley activities, supervise their staff (Stewards) and apply ship galley safety and health standards.


• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served


• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

Requirements

• Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees in a relevant field with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.


• Certificate from a culinary school will be an advantage


• Proven experience as cook


• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware


• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures


• Ability to work in a team


• Very good communication skills.
