Key Responsibilities



  • User-Centric Design: Learn and apply user-centric design principles by understanding user needs, conducting research, and empathizing with user pain points to contribute to seamless and intuitive product experiences.

  • Interface Design Support: Assist in developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes under the guidance of experienced designers, contributing to visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces aligned with the product’s goals and brand identity.

  • Design System Familiarization: Learn about and support the establishment of design systems, style guides, and UI components to maintain design consistency across various platforms and products.

  • Collaborative Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and concept development, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to foster a creative and collaborative environment.

  • Usability Testing Assistance: Support usability testing initiatives, gather user feedback, and contribute to iterative design improvements to enhance product usability.

  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing learning to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to our products.

  • Agile Workflow Participation: Work within an agile development environment, providing support in delivering designs and assets in a timely manner to assist the development process.

  • Accessibility Awareness: Develop an understanding of accessibility guidelines to ensure designs contribute to inclusive products catering to users with diverse needs.

  • Visual Design Contribution: Under guidance, contribute to the creation of visually appealing designs, incorporating colors, typography, and graphics that align with the product’s overall aesthetic and brand guidelines.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated passion for design, with a growing portfolio showcasing projects that highlight your design process and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar software is a plus.

  • Eagerness to understand and apply user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

  • Developing visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a desire to create compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs.

  • An interest in design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first design principles.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
